General Information

Room rates are for double occupancy and include a full breakfast.  Our room rates are posted and our breakfasts are complimentary, therefore failure to have breakfasts does not reduce your room rate.

Checkout time is by 11am; arrival time between

2 and 4 pm and from 6 to 8 pm.  We do not answer the door between 4 to 6, our dinner hours or after 8 pm unless arranged in advance.

Guests at B&B's expect quiet and we try to accomodate them.

While we do accept children above the age of 12 during the week we do not accept any children on weekends or during Brimfield Antique show weeks or holidays.

Smoking is not permitted and we are unable to accommodate guests’ pets.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Brimfield Antiques Show weeks and holiday weeks:
- Reservations require full payment and are not refundable.

- Minimum two (2) night stay for Brimfield Show weeks

Other weeks:
- We do not charge you until you arrive or should you not arrive as schedule however we require a minimum of 24 hour notice if you cannot meet your reservation or the full amount of your reservation will be charged to your card.   Again there are NO REFUNDS during Brimfield Show weeks and Holidays No shows are not charged except during Brimfield Weeks and where noted for packages. Packages dealing with other establishments require full payment upon reservations and there are no refunds.

Our Rates are $150.00 per night per double occupancy year round and the rate includes complimentary breakfast.
